Exclusive hillside luxury villa estates. This development is located in the narrow portions

of the penninsula on the south side of the island of St. Kitts. To the right (West) is the Caribbean Sea and to the left (East) is the Atlantic Ocean.

Construction will begin in the Fall and Winter of 2005-2006.
